From breakfast to dinner, you will be welcomed in a large dining room that combines materials, colours and decorations that recall an old lemon orchard with an adjacent olive grove, with large windows that open onto the lake and the main swimming pool. You will be served by our attentive, qualified staff, who will give you a taste of family warmth.

Hotel Caravel offers a typically Mediterranean cuisine and dedicates several moments of the day to the pleasure of good food.
The day begins with an excellent buffet breakfast (from 7:30 am to 10:00 am), featuring a wide selection of fresh products, an omelette and scrambled egg station prepared fresh on the spot, a citrus juicer for enjoying freshly squeezed orange juice, and a fruit and vegetable extractor, ideal for creating fresh and personalized juices.
Gluten-free and lactose-free products are also available.
For lunch, guests can enjoy a light and quick meal at our central bar, with a simple yet complete menu including pizza, salads, hamburgers and more.
Every afternoon, our guests can enjoy a complimentary buffet of homemade cakes, perfect for making the day even sweeter.
From 6:45 pm to 8:15 pm, dinner begins with a rich buffet of vegetables, followed by table service with a choice of starters, first courses and main courses. To finish on a sweet note, a dessert buffet is available. We also offer a vegetarian menu and a dedicated menu for our youngest guests.
Every Monday, we organize the “Typical Garda Dinner”, featuring the traditional flavours of the local area, while on Wednesdays the Gala Dinner adds an extra touch of elegance to the week.
Both evenings end with live music.
On Sundays, to celebrate the end of the week, the hotel offers a complimentary aperitif with appetizers.
Our cocktail bar in the main building is always open, while during the summer season guests can also enjoy the snack bar by the swimming pool at the Villa Eden annex.
